Flonnity provides a credit-based system where users can generate blog and social media posts. Users may upload business-related information to personalize content generation.
Your subscription level determines your monthly credit allowance, which renews each billing cycle. Additional services, such as API access to fetch generated posts, are included with active select subscriptions.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
We offer monthly subscription plans, each of which includes a specific allocation of credits.
Payment is managed through Stripe, with immediate effect on upgrades and prorated billing.
Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. Credits reset each month and do not carry over, and refunds are generally not issued except in exceptional cases and at Flonnity’s discretion.
4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes.
- Generate or publish misleading or inappropriate content.
- Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or the intellectual property of others.
Flonnity reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. User Responsibilities for Review and Use
Flonnity generates content based on the information you provide. However, the generated content can contain errors or false information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before using it on your platform, as Flonnity disclaims responsibility for the suitability or accuracy of the AI-generated content.
6. Account and Billing Management
You may manage your name, email, password, and business details within your account settings. Each business is assigned separate billing, and users are able to oversee multiple businesses and subscriptions. Flonnity reserves the right to cancel subscriptions and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if credits were deducted without delivering content for which the credits were spent. For other issues or requests, please reach out to support.
8. Ownership of Generated Content
You retain ownership of any AI-generated content produced by Flonnity. However, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring this content meets your needs and requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
Flonnity owns the website’s content, software, and trademarks, except where user-generated content applies. Unauthorized copying or use of Flonnity’s intellectual property is prohibited.
10. Specific AI-related Limitations
Flonnity does not guarantee specific outcomes with AI-generated content, nor can it assure that the generated content will fully meet your expectations. We disclaim responsibility for suitability and accuracy and advise verifying content.
11. Liabilities and Warranties
Flonnity strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uptime or performance. In cases of unexpected downtime or technical issues, please contact support for assistance. Flonnity is not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of our services.
